FIVE STARS! *by M***Y on August 28, 2019* I have no good reason, but was just a little freaked out about it being goat milk ghee and the color being so white. But, since I know I don't do well on cow's milk products, even ghee, I figured it would be worth a shot to see if it agreed with me. OMG! It's delicious, and I am in love with it. The whole family uses this ghee exclusively now. When I eat dairy, seems to digest just fine, but I can't breathe well and weeze. Even when I eat ghess, (which is lactose free or has less lactose, etc.) Well, either way, I'm not expert on the constituents or anything. The bottom line is that is does not make me wheeze! seriously, I can't believe I can use this stuff and it's as if I am not even ingesting milk. Whatever reason for this, I may never know, but I know it's a healthier choice for me. The flavor is BETTER than any ghee I have had, Again I do not know why, but my whole family agrees with me. I bought the smaller version at first and have purchased this now too many times to count. Now I have ordered the larger sized to be delivered one time monthly with subscribe and save and delivered with my prime account. It's very affordable, and more economical.
