A: Zero calcium and 4% vitamin A. Hope this helps.

A: I'm not sure what you mean by 100X washed. Yes you can use in skin care recipes it works great in soap too!

**Q: Weird question, but, can it be used to make lotion?**
A: Absolutely. I’ve never used it to make lotion but have used it to make soap.

**Q: Does this clump up in liquid like coconut butter does or once it’s blended into liquid will it stay liquified?**
A: No it’s completely different it stays totally liquified and smooth after blended in liquid, even cold or iced liquid, and even after it’s been sitting still for a while after blended it’s great stuff.
