The alarm did not work to tell me the two frequencies of light were operational. Returned to the supplier.as there was no customer service . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It actually works for me *by R***C on 13 March 2026* I'm not sure how or why, but this strange little device actually works. Before using this my nose was constantly running and nothing I tried stopped it - antihistamines and nasal sprays did nothing to help, but within a day of using this device things started to change. My nose finally stopped running and my sneezing reduced. Admittedly, whilst using it, I look a bit strange with my nose glowing red, but for just 3 minutes at a time, it's worth it. The device is small enough to just slip in a pocket, and the silicone sleeve that fits around the main body of the reliever makes it waterproof enough to wash the probes.
