It comes out crispy, flavorful and not greasy. I use my hyped air fryer all the time and its all good. **Q: Can I add some beer to it to make beer battered fish?** A: I just added one cup of this, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder and some beer, and stirred it up to make a nice batter, not too thick not too thin, I deep fried it for just under 5 mins, I washappy with it, but it turned out a little dark brown, and the cod wasn't very flaky as I get when I get it in the restaurant. This is my first time ever making beer battered fish, I think I need to make a few modifications, if anyone has some advice for me I would greatly appreciate it.
