A: Coffee doesn’t need to be washed or roasted. It’s great just like it is.

**Q: I dont see where says which bean was used to make this coffee !! Arabica or Robusta?**
A: In Colombia the only grown coffee is Arabica.

**Q: Is there a roast date on the bag? The day of roast is a very big factor about quality ...**
A: It doesn't appear as Roast Date but there's a LOT number in the back which is the roast date next to the expiration date. 
For example it appears -->LOTE:E1211217F1. The roast date is 211217. The date format is (DD/MM/YY).

**Q: Juan Valdez, do you offer satisfaction guarantee? The batch I received was just black water after brewing.**
A: The fact that you were brave enough too ask such a boldly asinine question. Coffee doesn’t come creamed and sugar go too Starbucks
