After it's done blooming I like to check on the roots and media. If it's loaded with roots I move it up to a slightly larger pot. These are what I was looking for. Good sturdy plastic. Not too many air holes. And they have that raised drainage hole I like. They fit perfectly in my cover pots.

A: The holes are fairly large.  To be on the safe side I would say 1/5th " lava rock could fall through.
