As soon as I was able to use a computer again, I found this one and ordered it right away. All I can say is: WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE? Seriously, my entire spine is out of alignment (I even have a reverse curve starting at the base of my neck), and it was from bad posture/slouching my whole life. Now I have to fix my spine, and it's going to take time, but this balance disc has literally saved my life. It makes me sit up properly without even thinking about it. (It makes me engage my core and spinal muscles automatically.) I've had friends try it and every single one has sat up properly without even thinking about what they were doing. They all said it felt great, and now some are buying one of these discs for themselves. (It cushions the fanny quite nicely, too.) You really can't go wrong buying and using it. I literally bring this with me as much as I can (I use it at work and home) because it makes that much of a difference in my posture.
