I went from being "on watch" after a few results over the past 2 years showed elevated numbers until my recent results 2 weeks ago where everything came back in the normal range. I didn't really change too much other that taking this supplement so I have to give it credit. I personally have had no side effects and I take 1 full dropper 2X per day for now. I will probably decrease that as I improve my lifestyle now that I know there is something out there that will work for me(despite my not so good habits, lol). I know that may be backwards thinking/appoach that I like results first on some things and then I will make the sacrifices to further enhance things, lol. I have just tried and spent much energy and dollars for products were most likely snake oil, my approach works for me.
