It's a very comfortable fit, and comes with a wig cap, and two comb-clips, which you can sew in if you want extra security, and have hair (as opposed to chemo use). I know synthetic wigs tend to get a little frizzy after a few months use, and I may get a second one of this model, to make sure I can continue with the same look. Love it. These two were absolutely fine and a good thickness. The ginger one is shorter and very thin so you can't wear it out in public.
