The ones that stick on the screen are really flimsy and shake a lot. The advantage of those types however is that you can place them where you want.With this holder it is well built and I like the fact that you push the phone in and it clamps on. So far no issues with this at all and it is also sturdy. Hardly any movement at all while driving.My only gripe is that you need to have the right vents for this to connect to properly. The paddles are a little too wide to fit onto my vent so I had to position it lower so they fit onto the dashboard itself.
