Review: Best on the market - Last year, my Girlfriend's car had a MOT advisory regarding rear underbody rust. Rather than let it rust through or sell it, I'll turn it into one of my project. So back in 2025, I bought 2 cans and spray the rusted area like mad. Some area are then painted with silver (colour of the car), others are in black (when the silver paint ran out). This year, the underbody rust advisory is gone. Although there are a few tiny spots were the rust seems to be back but nothing too concerning. Just need to do a few patches. Overall, very pleased with the results. Will definitely buy more cans if needed.

**Q: How long the sprayed area will turn grey?**
A: Turns black after 15 to 20 minutes details are on the can......

**Q: Would it damage the sheathing on electric wires if sprayed to convert rust in a light switch box?**
A: Of course it does not matter, I have used it to help me prepare and protect my Skoda Yeti’s rear subframe from rusting and cracking the brake pipes and the covered wirings that provides signals to computer. It also helps to keep the rust away as it turns into metal that can be easily painted.

**Q: Can I use a metal spray paint after treating the bottom of my metal gate post that is slighty rusted due to the corrosive concrete it sits in?**
A: Yes. But dont abrade/rub down the Jenolite or you will expose bare metal again. Just spray paint over top of Jenolite

**Q: What colour is this stuff?**
A: Hi this sprays on clear. Drys clear so it will be the rusty colour underneath although is over paintable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good enough product for use on car, but should be supplied with extended nozzles

Reasonably decent spray, tried to use it inside the sub frame of my car and it worked okay. My only advice is to buy some extended nozzles as non are supplied with the sprays and they would be super useful. It looks like it’s doing the job, but only time will tell if it’s worked.
