Even when loaded up, the padded straps help with comfort. This bag looks more expensive than it actually is so I think it is good value for the money. There is an area to add a charging port (connection corded was included) but I haven't ever used that. I ended up buying a second bag in a different color for my dad to make things easy for him to travel too. He loves it!
