I would usually use them wing carrier on my truck but there are times when the truck isn’t available or I am not carrying the whole fam’s bikes. The instructions are minimal but seriously this doesn’t take a whole lot of brains to figure out. After the first time of establishing where you need to put straps and set the angles this is a less than five minute install. I have hauled two bikes on it so far and feel completely comfortable loading another but if I do that the providers final safety strap will not be long enough so I will use a ratchet strap. It seems durable enough so far but for the price if I get two-three years out of it I will be happy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to haul their bikes on a sedan with spoiler and not break the bank.The only negatives are that it is really tall and on my car it sets the bikes pretty high but at the same time that insures it does not obscure the brake lights. The fact is taller is good because I can use it in my Minivan with no problem.One good point is that the two upper support arms angles are independently adjustable.My only complain is the length of the main bike support arm, which would be fine for 3 small bikes, but for normal mountain bikes (medium size), it just hold 2 of those. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy unless you want to lose a bike and/or ruin your car. *by S***K on Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2018* I wish I could give this product 0 stars. It is NOT good for long trips, it does NOT safely hold 3 bikes as advertised, and it ruins your car. We drove about 2.5 hours and lost a bike along the way. The straps will not tighten no matter how hard you pull, they come loose. It's a very frustrating to put on the back of a car and we used TWO additional ratcheting tie down straps just to hold the bikes on somewhat safely. We will not be using this for any other trips, in my opinion it is a waste of money. We also purchased a 2 bike rack for our other vehicle, about half the price of this rack and that one held up fine, and stayed secure, which I think is a good point of reference for comparison.
