A: It is ashwagandha root extract with 1.5% withanolides and >15:1 extract ratio.

A: Ashwaganda can take 2-3 weeks until you notice it starts working really well.  Also the person below stating it made there sleep worse is overthinking it as it has to be something else causing that because of this:  This plant has traditionally been used in Ayurveda to help with sleep, and it may work for this in two ways: by influencing sleep directly and by lowering stress, which indirectly benefits sleep (Kaushik, 2017). However, there’s still more research needed on this adaptogenic herb to confirm preliminary findings.

**Q: Is this cold water extracted without the use of chemicals. If not can someone recommend a brand that is?**
A: I have called the phone # on my bag and am waiting for an answer. I think it is cold water extracted, but would like to know for sure. Raw food world only uses cold water ectraction, but I can only afford to get their products on sale or if they sell them here occassionally. The # to call for Micro is 1-844-836-8200. And an easy way to ingest this product is to hold a swallow of water in your mouth and dump a 1/4 teas. of product in & swallow 2-3 x's a day.

This product (and Ashwaghanda itself, as sold) has the tendency of being an awesome, natural boon to a person’s ability to destress. It serves a much better and more productively controlled purpose than alcoholic beverages do. Alcohol tends to leave people with traits that involve significantly higher levels of irresponsibility throughout the day after. This ashwaghandha product works very well for me. To avoid higher irresponsibility levels, I would choose to consume Ashwagandha the evening before as a much more viable alternative to destressing than a beer or a glass of wine.
