I have hair a few inches below my shoulders, and I use two squirts of this stuff and rub it into my hair when it's wet. I then style, and my hair is not frizzy. You can also add it to dry hair to control frizziness, and even though it is oil-based, it does NOT make your hair oily at all. This product also makes my hair very soft!
