When I first started using this product, I could only tolerate 1-2 sprays, and then I would literally rock myself in tears for 15 minutes until I could wipe it off. I heard that the more magnesium deficient you are, the more this stuff burns when you first start using it. I’ve had pretty significant health issues for a decade + and oral magnesium does nothing for me. But I was never prepared for just HOW bad it would burn, like a literal fire. I was able to gradually work my way up to 8-10 sprays after a few months, and now almost 9 months later and the entire bottle used, I don’t experience any tingling or pain at all. I am sleeping deeper and definitely feel the effects of finally having enough magnesium in my body. We don’t get enough in our modern diet because of depleted soil and foods. **Tips for usage: DO NOT use on your legs after shaving, no matter how much you get used to the product. It will always burn like heck on freshly shaved skin. The stomach is the best area I’ve found. This product is naturally sticky/powdery feeling after application and might absorb into clothing, so be aware. I usually wear an old t-shirt to bed and use it just before I sleep, but you can also wipe it off after 15 minutes of absorption. Overall, give it time if it burns for you. It will get better. The more deficient you are the more you’ll feel the fire.
