I had a tiny bit of trouble the first time getting my truffles out, but I just left them in the fridge a little bit longer and it worked. It also depends how good you are at tempering your chocolate. The molds are smaller than I thought but still work well. I prefer a small candy over a large one anyway. Don’t laugh at my photo, first attempt ever making molded truffles.

I am learning to make truffles and with everything I’ve read the polycarbonate molds are the best. I had a tiny bit of trouble the first time getting my truffles out, but I just left them in the fridge a little bit longer and it worked. It also depends how good you are at tempering your chocolate.
