Over the years I have tried many different trunks and have now settled with Speedos as they are very durable, good value for money, fit me well, and enable me to simply get on with my swimming. The quality is excellent – they feel durable, well-made, and perfect for swimming. That said, I did find the sizing a little on the snug side. I measured my waist recently and I’m a 35", so I thought going for a 36 would give me a bit of breathing room. However, the fit is still quite tight – not unwearable, but definitely more fitted than expected. If you're between sizes like me, you might consider going one size up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you’re planning to wear them for extended periods.
