I found that it's easier to work with, when its thicker. I achieve this by turning it all the way up until its fully melted and then immediately all the way down to the lowest setting. If it's too viscous, the wax wont be able to lift in one piece and you're left with a sticky woohaa. The only issue with this, is that it uses up the product faster and you'll probably be only able to do 2 waxes maybe 3. With that being said, this product is the best. And with practice it becomes easier and less irritation.
