Review: UNDERRATED - An absolute multitasking powerhouse - For starters, I'm not one to write reviews so that should be telling as is. At first glance and with the low price I expected low quality but still sort of get the job done. This is anything but that. Its sturdy, does not slip on ANY surface I've put it on, and I LOVE how portable it is. It's small enough to fit in my work bag when collapsed, and its footprint is minimal when fully expanded on my counters for recipes or watching YouTube videos. You can adjust the angle, height, and literally use it anywhere. It works for my laptop, iPad, recipe books, you name it, I'm sure it could hold it. I will be buying a second one just in case I lose this one (yes its that compact) and I'm OBSESSED. I wish I had this sooner!!! Oh, and did I mention there's no assembly its just open the package and go?!

The scissor arms are a little flimsy, but they serve little function and are perfectly adequate. The little nub that holds the arm in its location is of questionable depth/length, such that I’m not sure how rock solid this thing would be in one of the steeper angles. That said, I’m using it on the farthest hole, which is perfect. This has actually helped my stupid work laptop run much much cooler, and thus is less noisy, which was my goal. Best $8 I’ve probably ever spent outside of a good book.

**Q: Will this hold a dell xps 17'' ?**
A: I use mine with a 17” HP laptop and it works just fine.

**Q: How much does the stand itself actually weigh? The text description says 0.8 lbs (~13 oz) but item description says 8.8 oz which is quite different**
A: It’s about 8.8 ounces I returned it and got a more sturdy stand, hope this helps.

**Q: Anyone ever use one of these for an mpc one?**
A: I’m using it for strega + 0-ctrl stacked and it works great. Going to order a second for my digitakt. I bet it would work with an mpc.

**Q: Do the legs fit tightly in the holes or are they loose? can you securely move the whole contraption around on your desk with your laptop on it?**
A: The legs are notched so that they slightly lock into the holes. The legs do have to be lined up carefully. I do have to firmly hold, and carefully slide my laptop while mounted on the stand if I need to move it. However, I rarely have to do this. I also touch-type, so my laptop stays relatively steady while typing. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase of this laptop stand.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good stand for the money

For the cost this is a pretty good, lightweight stand for putting a laptop on. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, but since I can't I opted to be generous and give it four. It's reasonably sturdy despite being lightweight and foldable, so a laptop stays on it well. About the most noticeable shortcomings are that it would benefit from better slip gripper pads on the feet, to prevent movement around, especially on hard or slick surfaces, and the anchor supports don't exactly fit into the notches on the feet terribly snugly, so they will pop out somewhat frequently when you take the laptop off the stand. I'd personally like to see these support arms lock in better – the stand would definitely be more of a nuisance if you take your computer off frequently, you'll end up fiddling with them to reset how you want them to be for the height adjustment. Despite being plastic the stand doesn't feel flimsy like you'd have to worry about your laptop falling off or the stand tipping over, or the stand collapsing.
