I’m very pleasantly surprised with it!! It dries very clear and, importantly to me, leaves a very shiny finish. It feels only the slightest bit tacky once dry, I expected it to feel much more sticky (for example, it will not stick to or lift with my hand when I touch it). It does dry pretty quickly but I personally would not say 20-30 minutes quick, I like to give it a good hour before handling it, but I admit to preferring to err on the side of caution! I was a little concerned when applying it, as the solution appears thick and likes to “glob” together (imagine the surface tension of droplets of water on a waterproof surface) but it spreads very easily and does not appear thick when dry, even in spots where it may have pooled. It also dries very pliable, so if you prefer to roll your paintings up for storage once sealed you can do so easily without fear of it cracking. It comes with three applicators, but I prefer the silicone one because it’s easiest to clean. I have sealed several paintings and a few coasters with this, and each one has turned out perfect.
