**Q: What are the dimensions of the sushi mat?**
A: 9.5" across(roll length) and 9" long in the rolling direction. You could probably make a roll about 2.5" in diameter with it.

**Q: Where can i get materials to make some of the sushi in the pdf?**
A: Really, any major grocery store, I purchased my items at Kroger.  But check to see if there's a local "Asian Market" nearby, as well.   In Houston, we have the Hong Kong Market and the China Market (huge!).   Just make sure that you get "sushi" rice and vinegar.  If you can't find the vinegar, there are *hundreds* of recipes for it online/youtube;

This sushi making kit is great! I used this kit to make my first sushi at home. The mats are durable and roll very nicely. I wrapped the mats in plastic wrap with an easier cleanup. The chopsticks that come with the set are a very nice quality and the rice paddle and spreader are also very nice! I am excited to make more sushi in the future using this kit!
