Said he will toss themin the DRYER for a few minutes on high to keep them fresh, plump and mite free a coupletimes a month as suggested by an article he read. Please note: these pillow contour toyour neck and spine and "not" thick. Unlike "foam" you can lay on your side and pressthe pillow away from your face/nose.
