When I took them out of the package, they seemed very well made. Just like any other USB/outlet I've used.I installed them and they were working great! Couldn't be happier. We haven't had any wrong tripping after installing these leviton outlets. I hope they'll last longer than our previous ones.I liked that they have a safety feature that will not let the outlet operate if the gfci is not wired properly. The installation manual is also well written, so installing it yourself is painless. Once the outlet is wired correctly and energized, a small green led will be on.
