- Stove-Top Heating Recommended: Bring a medium/large pot of water to 160–170°F. Avoid water temperatures above 170°F to ensure maximum tenderness. Place the thawed package into the pot for approximately 10 minutes. Carefully remove the package and let it rest for 3-4 minutes. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when opening the package.

Carnegie Deli was my hubby's favorite- he always got the Jerry Lewis sandwich so I thought I would buy the gift set for $169 for Father's Day through Amazon. Package arrived with no ice packs, shipping took 4 days and they left out the deli mustard. No contact info and Google has the wrong phone number. They closed their restaurants for a reason- order from Katz's instead. Amazon customer service agent said he couldn't do anything about it because it is third party. All around ROTTEN EXPERIENCE- do not buy this item! Such a shame-we had great memories at Carnegie- not anymore!
