I've used it in other baked goods such as cakes and brownies, as well as icing and puddings. I've used it in everything, and it's been a hit. It's not a replacement for a high quality vanilla, but it's a really good substitute. One thing to note - the emulsions are suspended in water. This is only important when working with chocolate, because water will cause it to seize, making your chocolate grainy and lumpy instead of smooth and silky. It wasn't a big deal for me, and not something worth losing any stars for, just something to keep in mind.

**Q: Would this be a good product to flavor olive oil?  Will it separate from the oil like water?  Thanks.**
A: These are water based so they will not emulsify in oil.

**Q: How does princess flavor compare to buttery sweet dough flavor? I'm not sure how they are different.**
A: buttery sweet dough is more generally nutty and with a hint of citrus. princess flavoring has a very acidic almond like flavor to it that's otherwise hard to describe. They are actually very different.

**Q: The picture you are using today is only 4oz, but is listed as 16oz. Which is it for?**
A: I have purchased both the 4-ounce (for just under $6) and the 16-ounce (about $19). They also sell a gallon-size container. The picture shows the 4-ounce bottle. The description identifies the actual amount. This is an awesome product.

**Q: Can you use bakery emulsions to flavor water?**
A: I haven't tried .. But I don't think it would taste that great. What are you making? It's great to flavor frosting. My favorite is the princess emulsion. Hope this helps.Oh you can also add it to your cake batter
