A: l 1.5 in x W 1 in

A: I checked as best I could when I bought mine and could not find replacement tips.  My guess is you have to buy a whole new latch.

**Q: will these work on other smokers like char-grillers thanks**
A: Yes. Any smoker door. They are adjustable too. Center punch your drill hole locations and have at it.
