The thickness is a bit hit and miss as there are a couple of sections that didn't "inflate", but comfy enough for a few nights, I did over a month on it quite comfortably. As your sleeping on the floor, it is very firm so if you dont do well with that this is not for you. I am not a side sleeper soo can't comment on that but back sleepers will be fine. I got it while on offer and I overall think it was good value at that price but wouldn't say soo if you are paying full price. Bit disappointed with the quality of the straps as one broke almost instantly and the other dosnt lock up properly so just using so spare belts instead. Pops up in no time soo quickly deployed in a pinch.
