The only thing that I don't care for is the straps. I use this in my car and if I switch to the passenger seat for my spouse to drive strapping and unstrapping becomes a royal pain. I don't want to leave the straps flopping around because I don't want it to tear my seats. I am going to cut the straps off for this reason. I can see how the straps could be useful maybe for an office chair. The comfort of the pillow is great. There is a review mentioning the pillow doesn't help as much featured like in the photos, but flipping it upside down so the thinner end is at the bottom of the spine works much better for myself.It's memory foam, so there is a memory foam smell for about a week. It goes away quickly.Material holds up well.
