The container holding the soap broke off at the neck as well. I probably wouldn’t buy again. I just installed two of these in our kitchen. It has a very solid feel and seems to be of top quality. The dispenser generates a good amount of soap when dispensing. Finishes are top grade. The bottle has plentiful soap, volume capacity, and the parts screwed together well. I’m connecting this with a tube type dispensing mechanism with a check valve in it to avoid constant refilling. I had some trouble getting the tube over the Moen pump, mechanism, spout, but I finally was successful. The set up appears to be working flawlessly. I’m very happy with this purchase.

My old dispensers were Franke . They worked well for a number of years but eventually stopped up and became difficult to fill. The container holding the soap broke off at the neck as well. I probably wouldn’t buy again. I just installed two of these in our kitchen. It has a very solid feel and seems to be of top quality. The dispenser generates a good amount of soap when dispensing. Finishes are top grade. The bottle has plentiful soap, volume capacity, and the parts screwed together well. I’m connecting this with a tube type dispensing mechanism with a check valve in it to avoid constant refilling. I had some trouble getting the tube over the Moen pump, mechanism, spout, but I finally was successful. The set up appears to be working flawlessly. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Very nice, it works, no dripping, easy to install. It dispenses the soap very nicely and fits were my old one did. So I would say it is a standard fit. I like it so much that I am going to order one for the other sink in our bathroom.
