The sleep tracker tracks when you fall asleep and when you finally get up in the AM. Does not track each interval you get up and lay back down thru out the night like my Galaxy Fit does. My favorite feature is reading my text messages, emails, Twitter (X), etc. The full message may come thru if short enough, but you won't read long messages, although you can flip to the next page to read a little more. I did purchase a nice leather band for it because the one that comes with it breaks out my skin. It has a lot of features, but I don't even use half of them.
