A: This is a felt type welding blanket and is made from some type of pressed carbonized fibers. It's not made of fiberglass

**Q: Dont know if anyone here would know the answer to this question but would this work as an isulator between a pvc reptile enclosure and the light sock?**
A: it is very thin material

**Q: Will this absorb water from condensation on the exhaust pipe for a tankless water heater?**
A: I don't think so, it does not appear to be absorbent at all.

**Q: Would this work and protect a safe and in side?**
A: NO. NEVER INSIDE!!
