One year on, these still rock
I work mostly from home now, with the pandemic and all, and so it is pleasant to have some footwear for the home (I like to separate shoes for outdoors and indoors) that feels supportive and yet is more comfortable than a regular shoe, and that is good for hot weather. I've had them about a year now, they fit perfectly, the soles and the leather are all still in excellent condition and I wear them many, many hours a day. If you work from home, then Birkenstock is a good investment.

My Favorite Sandals of all Time!
I have very wide and very sweaty feet. Once I bought a pair of Birkenstock Arizona sandals years ago I wear them as much as possible. Very comfortable, great support and my feet (and the sandals) don't stink. The only problem is that they are very overpriced in the USA. I bought two pairs in a very nice store in Munich, Germany for less than I pay for one here. By the time I got the VAT tax rebate the cost was about one third! Reconditioning/rebuilding is similarly overpriced in the USA so I just wind up wearing them to death and tossing perfectly good leather uppers.The seller shipped very quickly. They did however substitute the soft footbed for the standard that I ordered and prefer.

Ordered size 9. The unisex came larger than what I ordered. Should have been a straight 9!

"Hugs for your feet!"
I have been wearing birks for over 20years and you just can't beat them. I have flat feet and bunions and had back problems as a result of standing for 10 hours a day at work. I wore Birkenstocks casually outside of work and called them "hugs for your feet" but never considered working in them. After becoming frustrated with so many other shoes included custom made orthotics from a chiropractor I desided to get a pair of bostons for work, now that i have been wearing either Arazona or Boston everyday for a couple of months, no more back pain. My posture is better and my legs aren't as fatigued. I have also noticed an arch in my foot that was never there before. Not to mention they are the most comfortable shoes(soft footbed) that you will ever own. I love Birkenstocks!!!

So freaking comfortable
I don’t know why I waited so so long to try a pair of these! They are so comfortable and have really helped with some foot discomfort that I’ve had for years! I practically live in these shoes now. If you’re on the fence on getting a pair don’t wait! You’ll be very happy with the purchase!

We have ordered for the whole family
This is the standard shoe we have ordered for our whole family for the past 15 years. Great arch support and comfort. It does take a little breaking in, but super comfortable for daily use.
