Review: Nice colors (neon). I made them deliberately pale! - The second picture shows one unbaked and one baked. The colors got slightly paler after baking but not as much as I expected. I made a double batch of sugar cookies, split the dough into four and used 6 drops of color per section. I wanted the cookies paler because Easter (and actually wish I'd done even paler than this). The gel is less gellike and more of a thick liquid. It was easy to count out the drops. They had no flavor impact on my cookies. I'm totally happy with these.

**Q: Can this be used in lipgloss ?**
A: It will stain your lips (and seep through the pores/ skin lines around them making you look pretty funny), so although it’s safe to use, I’d find a product that is specifically made for lip application!

**Q: Will this wash off of walls, floors? i will be making colored cornstarch and want it to be able to wash off of everything.**
A: The colors are water soluble and should wash off pretty easily.
