These work well. I haven’t had the clips come off my shirt tails and the stirrups always work. The stirrups don’t, of course, help keep socks up so wear good quality socks for that. Your shirt will absolutely stay tucked and professional looking. I’ve used them for years. I highly recommend them.

Good quality. I wish the locking mechanism for your shirt tails was a little more firm, but I have never had the shirt stay come loose from my shirt. It has dull plastic teeth which holds on to the shirt, so it doesn't cause wear to the material. Only knocking it one star due to the locking mechanism coming apart after a long period of use (5 days a week, 10 to 12 hour days for the last couple of months), but was able to put it back together with no problem. Stitching on the elastic has held up extremely well.
