It has done everything I’ve thrown at it so far & fairly accurately. Couple things to keep in mind when you get yours - it’s going to come with the handle on backwards so it doesn’t get snapped off in shipping - use the allen wrench that is in the tool box and use that to unscrew and turn the handle around. The handle will feel stuck, & it is because it’s locked - push or pull (depending on your orientation to it) gently away or towards yourself and make sure the lock position is not engaged. You will now be able to move the handle. Do not push the blade hard into the rubber mat because you can damage it. Great deal on a great device. Review: My son is over the moon with this! - He has taken up bookbinding and says this is the very thing. It performs exactly as described. I’ve seen the books, and the cuts are perfectly clean and professional. ## Features - Versatile Cutting Capacity: This robust paper cutter effortlessly slices through up to 400 sheets (1.5 inch thick, A4 size), as well as materials such as PVC, leather, and fabric, meeting diverse cutting demands in homes, offices, schools, and print shops - Product Dimensions: Paper cutter heavy duty overall size measures 21 inches L 15.2 inches W 8 inches H (including cutting strip), with maximum cutting width of 12 inches, accommodating A4, B5, A5, B6, and B7 paper sizes - Easy Operation Design: The paper guillotine cutter features a removable and rotating handle that maximizes ease of operation and ensures convenient storage, while the bracket supports papers as you slide the slicer for precise cuts - Hardened Steel Blade: The hardened steel blade comes razor sharp and is easily replaceable as it wears down over time, with professional knife sharpening services available to extend blade life and replacement parts and operation instructions accessible when needed - Security Lock and Cradle System: The security lock reduces risk of accidental injury during operation, while the multifunctional bracket supports the right part of papers for more convenient and controlled paper cutting - Precision Cutting Grid: Equipped with clear grid scales and measurement guides that allow users to adjust paper sizes from A4 to B7 with precision control within 0.1mm, ensuring accurate and consistent cuts every time - Heavy Duty Construction: Features a non-slip base and durable steel construction that provides stability during operation, with a swing-type pressing design that holds cutting materials firmly in place to prevent shifting and ensure smooth, neat cuts ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0FZ7Q8B26 | | Best Sellers Rank | #54,414 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #49 in Stack Paper Trimmers | | Brand | Flisin | | Color | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (1,552) | | Date First Available | November 3, 2025 | | Item Weight | 36.1 pounds | | Item model number | RIVF02 | | Manufacturer | Flisin | | Manufacturer Part Number | RIVF02 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Dimensions | 24 x 17.25 x 9.75 inches | | Size | A4 | ## Images ![Guillotine Paper Cutter Heavy Duty 12 inch ，400 Sheet Capacity A4 White - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61iu3yf+wBL.jpg) ![Guillotine Paper Cutter Heavy Duty 12 inch ，400 Sheet Capacity A4 White - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mi-DFuv8L.jpg) ![Guillotine Paper Cutter Heavy Duty 12 inch ，400 Sheet Capacity A4 White - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/718Tc4vTetL.jpg) ![Guillotine Paper Cutter Heavy Duty 12 inch ，400 Sheet Capacity A4 White - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719bADT-tGL.jpg) ![Guillotine Paper Cutter Heavy Duty 12 inch ，400 Sheet Capacity A4 White - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71VYuMzUyXL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Dose it come with replacment blades?** A: Dear MC Giver: Thanks for your question, yes, paper cutter come with replacment blades. Please contact us if you have any questions. thank you!! **Q: Your reply indicates the unit comes with "replacement blades."
