I had to reform the left earpiece a couple times to get it perfect but once you form them, they stay that way pretty good, even in hot steamy factory places. The sound quality is perfect and the sound reduction works pretty good. It's not as good as the standard safety earplug, but it's really close! I had trouble hearing the radio with the earplugs that work provided , so having this passthrough made it a lot easier to hear. Highly recommend
