This is the first time that hasn't been the case. I'm not exactly sure who this powder is for. It has zero hold, and doesn't really add visible texture either. I guess the only nice thing I can say about it is that it smells nice? I always try to get Shear Revival products because I know the ingredients are good/safe and usually the quality is high.
