I've recently assembled a new unit using an intel Xeon E5-2650 V3 paired with this motherboard. I've had no issues. Some advice from my experience; avoid using driver booster to try and grab drivers for this motherboard, it will cause a system hang and difficult to reverse driver issue. There is no manufacture's web for the drivers on this motherboard either (at the time of writing). I did a clean installation with Windows 10 and it found all the necessary drivers to function properly without issue. While the DRAM states it can go up to 2133Mhz, I tested 4 2400Mhz sticks and they still worked but just defaulted to 2133 as expected.
