It's the only brand of B vitamins I can take that don't make me feel nauseous. Also the B's dont repeat on you, nor have a bad smell. They are spendy, but dont have the fillers. As far as this multivitamin goes, I thought I'd try and see if I could take them. I bought it to get more A in my diet to help with light sensitivity. Often other vitamin A supplements have caused me headache, but I thought if this did the same that family members could use it even if I couldnt. I've found that it does NOT cause me headache. The only down fall is that this particular multi DOES have a typical b vitamin smell, which will repeat on you for at least a couple of hours afterword.
