**Q: Do they come with a case?**
A: No.  Paper box and a protective plastic wrapping.  Save both and cut a nice line on ONE end of the plastic wrapping-- use this as a case and fold the end to prevent the glasses from slippping out.  They last many months if taken kare of(no scratches light dust buildup).

A: There is no bifocal in the lenses.
