It’s been in use by my 4 year old for 6 months and it is still in great shape. As far as cleaning it, I have washed it several times and it’s held up wonderfully. I like the pockets, I’m able to have a change of clothes in the front pocket, middle is enough room for his blanket at nap, and the top one holes his lunch box and folder and such.
