My pots are filled with flowers but I took a ruler and measured from the outside top to bottom. **Q: how do you snap off the drainage part?** A: It twists off. When you look inside you can see the slots and pegs. Twist pot to the left/bottom to the right until the pegs line up with the wide spot in the slots. Then you can pop the bottom off.
