The all-in-one kit includes a water sprayer and detailed instructions, making it perfect for professionals seeking a fresh, gourmet touch to their home cooking year-round. ## Description Growing your own mushrooms has never been this simple. The North Spore Organic Pink Oyster Spray and Grow Kit brings gourmet mushroom cultivation straight to your countertop — no greenhouse, no special soil, and no prior experience required. Here is how it works. Open the perforated front panel, mist the colonized block once or twice daily with the included spray bottle, and watch striking pink oyster mushrooms emerge. Many growers see their first pins within 7 to 14 days and are harvesting fresh mushrooms in as little as 7 days after initiation. Your kit can produce 0.5 to 1.5 lbs of fresh pink oysters on the first flush, with most kits continuing to produce additional harvests. Pink oyster mushrooms are prized for good reason. Their savory, umami-forward flavor and firm texture make them remarkably versatile in the kitchen. Sauté them in butter for a quick side, layer them into pastas or pizzas, stuff them into burritos or BBQ sandwiches, or crisp them into vegan bacon. Their dense texture also makes them an excellent meat substitute for plant-based meals. Every kit is USDA Certified Organic and made in Maine, USA by North Spore's mycologist-founded team. The colonized fruiting block is made from non-GMO, all-natural organic ingredients and arrives ready to fruit. The white, mold-like coating you may see on the block is mushroom mycelium — completely normal and a sign your kit is healthy and active. Each kit ships with everything you need: one Spray and Grow box, one spray bottle, and detailed instructions. Refrigerated shelf life is 6 months, so you can start on your schedule. Kits can be grown indoors year-round and do not require direct sunlight — just a spot on the counter away from direct sun. North Spore is trusted by more than 350,000 growers, from curious beginners to professional chefs and mycologists. Every kit is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your kit does not grow, North Spore will make it right. ## Features - GROW MUSHROOMS AT HOME IN 3 STEPS: Open the perforated front panel, mist daily with the included spray bottle, and harvest fresh pink oyster mushrooms in as little as 7 days — no experience, tools, or soil needed - GOURMET FLAVOR, BEAUTIFUL COLOR: Pink oyster mushrooms are succulent and savory with a firm texture that holds up beautifully when sautéed; use them in pastas, pizzas, burritos, BBQ sandwiches, or as a stunning meat substitute and vegan bacon - MULTIPLE HARVESTS FROM ONE KIT: Each 4 lb kit yields 0.5–1.5 lbs of fresh mushrooms on the first flush; most kits continue producing additional flushes, so you get more gourmet mushrooms from a single box - FIRST HARVEST IN 14–21 DAYS: Kits typically begin pinning within 7–14 days; once your mushroom caps start to flatten, they are ready to harvest; keep humidity consistent and avoid direct sunlight for best results - USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC, TRUSTED BY 350,000+ GROWERS: Every mushroom spray and grow kit is made in Maine, USA from non-GMO, all-natural organic ingredients and backed by North Spore's 100% satisfaction guarantee ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07ZTSKYFB | | ASIN | B07ZTSKYFB | | Brand Name | North Spore | | Color | Pink | | Cultivation Method Claim | No Chemical Fertilizers | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (534) | | Customer reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (534) | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Flavor | Savory | | Included Components | Instruction booklet, Water sprayer | | Item Form | spray | | Item Highlight | Spray & Grow countertop kit, harvest fresh mushrooms in 7 days, USDA Certified Organic, beginner-friendly, made in Maine | | Item Package Weight | 2.1 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 1.81 kg | | Manufacturer | North Spore | | Manufacturer | North Spore | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 12.7 x 12.7 x 25.4 cm; 1.81 kg | | Region of Origin | Maine, USA | | Set Name | Pink Oyster Kit | | Size | 1 Pack | | Specialty | USDA certified organic | | Temperature Condition | Fresh | | UPC | 851555008917 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** North Spore - **Colour:** golden yellow - **Indoor/outdoor use:** Indoor - **Material features:** Compostable, GMO Free, Organic - **Special features:** Compact, Organic ## Images ![North Spore Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit, Organic, Spray & Grow, 4 lbs - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51wPcZWZwsL.jpg) ![North Spore Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit, Organic, Spray & Grow, 4 lbs - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Rf7IRIIHL.jpg) ![North Spore Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit, Organic, Spray & Grow, 4 lbs - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51M398YqIbL.jpg) ![North Spore Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit, Organic, Spray & Grow, 4 lbs - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41+-k5i-3fL.jpg) ![North Spore Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit, Organic, Spray & Grow, 4 lbs - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51YSyQPPW9L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Set** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: After the first batch, is this kit easy to grow the mushrooms again and again?** A: One or two batches it is what you can get after the first and not as big I bought it for my mom to have fun **Q: what is the average weight of a harvest for each flush?** A: The first flush is often about 3/4 lb and subsequent flushes diminish from there. **Q: My block has black fuzzy mold or something growing in the bottom of it. What did i do wrong? Is there a way to fix it?** A: You can contact North Spore directly for better answers. It is normal to have a white mold-like covering (the mycelium), but if it is black that is probably not good. **Q: Can I spray too much water?** A: Not really. You want to keep it damp to really damp, but also do not want to saturate it with water standing in the bag ## Frequently Bought Together - North Spore Organic Golden Oyster Mushroom Spray & Grow Kit (4 lbs) | USDA-Certified Organic, Non-GMO, Beginner-Friendly & Easy to Use | Handmade in Maine, USA - (2-Pack) North Spore Organic Blue Oyster & Lion's Mane Mushroom Spray & Grow Kits (4 lbs each) | USDA-Certified Organic, Non-GMO, Beginner-Friendly & Easy to Use | Handmade in Maine, USA - North Spore Organic Pink Oyster Mushroom Spray & Grow Kit (4 lbs) | USDA-Certified Organic, Non-GMO, Beginner-Friendly & Easy to Use | Handmade in Maine, USA --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/435272014-north-spore-pink-oyster-mushroom-growing-kit-organic-spray-grow](https://www.desertcart.us/products/435272014-north-spore-pink-oyster-mushroom-growing-kit-organic-spray-grow) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
