Review: Perfect 😍 - My daughter does gymnastics and starting a few months ago, her wrist started hurting. She tried everything, but nothing worked. She didn’t want to skip practice because of this, so we asked one of her coaches for some advice. She recommended Tiger Paws and now, my daughter’s wrist gradually began to heal, and now her wrist is in good condition. At first this was skeptical. The extra small size came with a piece of foam and one plastic piece, while the small size had a piece of foam and two plastic pieces. When you first use them, they feel uncomfortable. But like grips, they need to be broken in. The Tiger Paws fit perfectly and are very snug. I absolutely love the design and how it actually works to protect your wrists. If you are a gymnast, cheerleader, or any sort of athlete that uses wrists, this is your go-to!👌

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these adult or youth sizes?**
A: Both really. When my daughter was 9 she wore a size x-small. She is 14 now and wears a small and I have a pair and wear mediums. Not sure how small you need them to go but the Velcro straps tighten pretty well.

**Q: Are there 2 wraps included?**
A: Yes, there are two wrist guards.

**Q: If we are right in between sizes, do you recommend sizing down or up? Are exchanges ok if we guess wrong?**
A: Hello,
I would recommend sizing down and see how that fits.
The Tiger Paw should be a snug fit.
If it is too tight, we will happily exchange it for you for the bigger size.

Thank You,
DGS Customer Service

**Q: Is it necessary to purchase additional padding?**
A: No all of the padding is included. Thanks!
