I've been using it daily as an HVAC tech for just over a year now. One of the zipper tabs broke off. I put a keyring on it to pull it, the zipper itself is still in good condition and functional. As a matter of fact they all are. I wish there was a little reinforcement at the bottom of the pouches. Dropping screwdrivers and wrenches into the side pouches eventually starts to wear a hole into the bottom. A little piece of thicker material or leather would fix that. Otherwise, a great tool bag and an excellent price. Have used a myriad of bags over 30+ years including Veto (and Veto was a major disappointment - could not zip closed when I put my Klein linesman pliers in it). This is the first one that can hold all my tools in an organized manner without hitting my hands into other tools when I reach into grab what I need. One side holds pliers, cutters, etc and the other side is for screwdrivers, nut drivers and meters. Seems to be very well made and thought out. Nitpicking - Only missing item was an external metal tab to hold my tape measure.
