I like it because it does not contain any unnecessary ingredients beyond those necessary. The tablets are easy to take and digest. I started taking them recently and my energy levels seem slightly better. I hope to see improvement in my iron levels after longer usage.

Great when a brand focuses on keeping it simple but still delivers. Not overdoing the packaging but straight to the point messages: One tablet a day, vegan, lactose free, non GMO and gluten free. I am a fan.

Not a tablet fan usually for my vitamin C but recently been gagging a bit swallowing all the orange flavoured dissolve-ables. And I was running out of iron and this has the same strength iron that I had been advised by my GP to take so 1 less pill to swallow as it's all in one. Pill is rather big but does go down easily.

Good product and has the ingredients listed,no hidden nasties and no fillers.Easy to swallow tablets with no adverse effects.
