The upper is made from lightweight, breathable mesh with a durable synthetic overlay for support and stability. The shoes feature Nike's Free technology in the sole, which allows for a flexible, natural range of motion. The outsole is made from a sticky rubber compound for improved traction during exercises such as rope climbs and sled pushes. The shoe also has a flexible forefoot and a flat, wide heel for stability during lifts. The Flywire cables integrate with the laces for a secure, personalized fit, and the shoe is finished with the iconic Nike swoosh logo on the side. Review: Comfortable and Stylish Training Shoes - These Nike women’s training shoes are lightweight, supportive, and very comfortable for workouts or everyday wear. They provide great cushioning and stability, making them perfect for the gym, walking, or casual outfits. Stylish design and reliable quality—definitely a great choice. Review: Comfy - I sized up half a size and fit was just right. They weren't too narrow. I did end up sending them back as I purchased Metcon 8s. The reason I chose the 8s were they were stiffer on the bottom and I specifically wanted shoes for stability - squats/lunges/etc. The 4s are also very stable but less stiff on the bottom. They are actually more comfortable than the 8s and probably better for things like cross fit and mobility. There's no way I could walk very far with the 8s but you probably could with the 4s. Although I would have liked to keep the 4s it was too expensive to keep both the 4s & 8s! ## Features - Nike Free technology offers superior flexibility for agility moves and sprints. - A flat, wide heel creates a strong base for lifting. - Soft foam core provides optimal cushioning and bounce. - Internal webbing evenly distributes pressure around your midfoot for optimal comfort. - Rubber tread outsole offers maximum grip and traction at high-abrasion areas. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09Q2TRRLZ | | Arch Type | cushioning | | Best Sellers Rank | #941,658 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #428 in Women's Cross Training Shoes | | Brand | Nike | | Color | White/Lt Lemon Twist | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,005 Reviews | | Heel Type | Flat | | Insole Material | Ethylene Vinyl Acetate | | Material Fabric | Rubber | | Model Name | Free Metcon 4 Workout Shoes | | Occasion Lifestyle | Comfort | | Pattern | solid | | Shoe Height Map | Low Top | | Shoe Type | Athletic Shoe | | Sole Material | Rubber | | Sole material | Rubber | | Special Features | Breathable,Lightweight | | Sport Type | Training | | Style Name | Free Metcon 4 Workout Shoes | | Style Number | CZ0596157 | | Subject Character | Barbie | | Toe Style | Closed Toe | | UPC | 195237437863 | ## Images ![Nike Womens Sneaker - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71PNXMfNb5L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and Stylish Training Shoes *by R***L on December 21, 2025* These Nike women’s training shoes are lightweight, supportive, and very comfortable for workouts or everyday wear.
