In fact, some Pilates workouts are more difficult with less resistance. Because of this, we developed the Light Cord, which is 40 percent lighter than the standard black. Replacing the cords on your reformer is easy, and instructions are included.

This is a great addition for our Pilates equipment as I can combine them with two black cords (medium tension) or use them for specific exercises that I want to do as I am looking to improve muscle tone on my abs and arms while not increasing too much the amount of muscle but looking more for greater muscle definition and to increase core strength. These cords were easy to install and I am considering to get a couple of red tension cords so I can combine two yellows, one black and one red tension cord on my Pilates home reformer.

Excellent quality tension cords (yellow ones brings lighter tension if compared with black cords or even if compared with stamina red tension cords) to use on my brand new 4-cord Stamina Aeropilates Home Reformer XP 556 Pro.
