Review: Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers ( Black pepper ) - Simple Mills Almond Flours Crackers (Black Crackers). I eat some of the crackers and you can taste the black pepper/salt. It is less salty and crispy but it is delicious. Not to hard of a cracker lightly firm crackers and tasty too.
Review: Nice cracker-y cracker, little peppery zip - I follow a paleo diet, so most of my crackers are flax seed based and a bit far from what one might call a "normal cracker" to have with cheese or whatever. Thought I'd try these, which are paleo, although definitely on the starchier side (using tapioca and cassava flours). Very nice taste, "dry" cracker like feel. Will definitely keep in the rotation. Got both the rosemary, which is a luxurious taste, and this black pepper, which is nice -- but was suprised that the black pepper actually left some peppery hotness in my mouth! A perfectly fine addition to the mix in my house, but some people might not like that.

These are thin, crisp, flavorful crackers that are the perfect size to pop into your mouth in one bite, with or without a topping. They stand alone quite nicely. The almond flour blends nicely with the cracked pepper. Great zing.
